Yep, I have Irish roots. Didn't know it until ten years ago when my cousin began doing geneaology and discovered it. Shared the news with a good friend from church who told me he always knew it because he could hear the Irish lilt in my voice when I did special music (Sunday solos). And that's no blarney. :-) No green beer for me, though!! I got so busy packing for the retreat that I totally forgot to blog St. Pat's day greetings. Sunny and lovely today as I took Kaiser for his morning walk, so it's a good day all around here. I even heard the birds singing little Irish greetings.....now that is blarney. LOL!

I LOVE Killarny.. that was our first town to stay in on our trips to Ireland.
What a cool story about your friend hearing you sing.!!

I was able to listen and comment on your talk show this morning. Can't get to it on Monday afternoons and am very glad that I can access it through the computer at a convenient time... I have enjoyed them all!
Finished up this customer quilt today and am starting on the next.

Hi Pat,
I usually don't get to listen to your show till later in the week as it usually isn't to wednesday that I can download to my ipod. And the end of the week before I get a chance to listen but I have heard each one of your shows and they are getting better and better and I have loved all your guests. They go with me on my morning walks just wish the ipod would let me fast forward through the ad breaks.

working on Meadow Breeze Part 2... I think it may post by Mon or Tues... i'll finalize it over the weekend as I am doing the supply list for the whole quilt for those that 'need to know those things'.. yes.... you know who you are... hehe! also NEED to clean up my front garden... it's going to me my exercise today... that's my story and I'm sticking to it! random goodness today.. Today I'm working on ... getting my stuff together for my guild quilt show this weekend. YES - the quilts are finished, just have to gather and such. Just read your blog... OMG!! You know I LOVED that moved.. a little blonde I worked with bought the exact same car they put out for the 'fans'.. and she and I would ride to lunch in it at work... how fun he owns one of the 'real deal'!!
