Or separate houses! Just sayin. I have a 4 season room here that backs up to a park with a creek. They call it a river, but it's a creek. It is a beautiful setting and we are 7 mi. from the Atlantic. I don't know what I will have in FL, but I do know I won't have the grief I have now. LOL

Sorry to hear about all the turmoil over YOUR studios. Stand your ground, put what YOU WANT in there first & then IF (big if) there is room, whatever else will fit. To long we have made do for the sake of pleasing others & where has that gotten us A small corner in a spare bedroom. I SAY take a stand & stand there  LOL. Off the soapbox but really, if it's your studio make it yours first, then.....maybe..... :-\or maybe not

I have a small room that is overflowing, and yes my DH thinks he can put things in there. I just move them back into his room, which he does not use as much as I use mine, but his is bigger. He pays the mortgage, so I just take space everywhere else in the house, including under the bed. I at least have a room, really I have two as I have taken over space in the family room for scrap booking and use space in all closets for sewing related thing.  That is why I am getting rid of stuff so I can have more space to store thing for quilting.  Thinking a shelf under the stairs will be a good place to store batting once I clear out that space.
