i'm out of the habit of daily sewing.. have been for a few years.... so my goal is to get back to that... soon!

I agree with you there.  I got out of the habit this summer.  Too busy.  But I have made myself start back with the 15 min.  which turns into at least 30.  But it is good to be back.  Doing Bonnie's little cheddar bowties.  Now to tackle that UFO for the month.

If I don't get to sew a bit every day, it gets ugly   Even on travel I have my projects to work on, some on the plane & some in the room A girls gotta do what a girls gotta do. There have been REAL studies & they show sewing does destress us.

Pat, Hard to believe, you don't sew some every day You do so much, I just assumed you were sewing right along too. What is it you tell us,  Just 15 min. a day. Come on doc, take your own medicine It's good for the soul

She is out of town, Karen - that's strange. 
She does have her pic on her flicker page though - it is the real her - LOL!!  Maybe she will put on her Jillian face.

Hey guys, OMG I just noticed Claudia was missing I tried to post my own pic for my avatar, using Pat's tut & now I don't have any pic When my brain kicks back in (today is  day) I'll work on that. Claudia is definitely more inspiring  than Jillian any day
