When you forget what you were saying OR you can't find something go into a private area (where no one can hear you) and just start verbalizing anything that comes to mind. You can't censor even slut language, so you do need privacy, but if you do this Freud said w/i 15" you will spit it out - where it is I mean. I find it takes less than 2" before it appears in your mouth. So don't stop thinking about it, talk out loud to yourself. HIH, Pat. Sis sent me a gift bag her DIL regifted to her from THE Nancy Martin who is a neighbor. It's pretty fabric and I think I might take it apart to include it in my stash.

Let me know if this works.  The way my memory has been lately, I'll be talking like a sailor just to get through the day with my car keys in my hands and all my clothes intact!!   Roll Eyes

The point is not to talk bad but to talk uncensored and so bad might come out. That's why you need to BE ALONE, darling. I vant to be .... LOL Cheesy
