Lemon meringue
Pecan
Apple
GOOD Pumpkin

in that order  Cheesy

Actually the first two fight for first & second depending on who made them and the same goes for the next two!

hmmmmmmm

My favorite was always chocolate cream pie made by my Mom. Her favorite was coconut cream. My favorites now are coconut cream and pumpkin tied. I also really like lemon and banana.
Shirley my kids love my apple praline pie. Combines two of your favs.

I clicked on - hoping to find some recipes too!!!

I like pies that that have a texture - like cherry, apple, pecan, etc.  I make the peanutbutter for hubby & Tammie.

Of the creamy ones - key lime or lemon meringue.

When we were in FL, hubby's Ds had bdays - her friend makes cheese cakes - oh my.......... lick my lips!!   all from scratch!!

What could be WRONG about a PIE chat.. LOL! Thanks Karen!!

Top Choice - CHERRY! with CRUST.. not crumble

BOTTOM CHOICE  - ANY cream pie.. so not likey

WEIRD PIE - ShooFly..anyone like it? The wet or dry version?

most picky about - Pecan.. can NOT have all that mushy stuff. must be mostly pecans!

My very favorite is lemon meringue.
The picture of one the other day got me thinking of it again.
I forgot who made it, but it was the most perfect one I have seen.
This is a great subject!

Likey this topic lots Grin
My top choice is Key Lime
Next would be coconut custard
then pecan & pumpkin  Of course, blueberry, cherry & Apple crumb aren't to shabby either. Hubs absolute fav is lemon merangue. It's o.k. I can eat a piece & leave the rest for him.
Don't think I've ever had strawberry, need to change that real quick

Amish or Menonite make the best pies. My Dad introduced me to this in SC. He got me pie and challenged me to name it. I couldn't do it. It was peanut pie. I recognized the taste but could not name it in a PIE! Out of context; Out of the box. Wink

Okay, now you have me thinking I need to make a blue berry pie. Problem is with DH on low carbs I will have to eat it all myself and that will kill the diet. Oh wait, going sewing with friends on Wednesday, could make and take then. That way I will not eat the whole pie.
