Vacation was good and bad. The hurricane Ida caused rough weather, and boy, did the ship rock! All water and boat activity at Nassau was canceled, but we did get off the boat and stroll around at Nassau. The next day was canceled completely. We were just at sea all day. The wind was blowing so hard that we could not even walk around the deck. But we will take another cruise. The ship was wonderful.
Then the rain was so bad that it was no use trying to visit the coast of SC. So we came home early and hung out at home. We had one bad day of driving on Tuesday across GA.
Before the cruise, we visited the Kennedy Space Center and we really enjoyed that.

Oh, and I also managed to visit The Olde Green Cupboard in Jacksonville, FL. It was a fantastic shop. It was already decorated for Christmas, and I left with a nice sack of fabric!

OH MY.... that weather sounds very unplesant!! I've only had a port closed once on 7 trips... and we did have rought seas once but in the evening... DANG Glad you will try again... Caribben in Feb is AWESOME... And I am sure June going north will be fine!!! OMG the Ole Green Cupboard is AMAZING isn't it?  Would love to see it decorated for Christmas |

I'm torn........I have been making pin cushions and I want to send one to my secret elf friend.....but which one!!!!
I have a pear and a little turtle.......and they are both super cute! Decisions, decisions...
