Wanda, I needed a spew alert on your very kind offer of ice!  Thanks but no thanks.

I bought an ice pack at the Jewel, and is it ever nice.  It's big enough to cover my abundant backside, and stays cold for way longer than the older ones.  It looks like it's made out of those larger bubble wraps but I'm sure it's made out of something sturdier than that!  I just throw it in the freezer for the next time and it's not even completely thawed!  I could move it to another body part if I had to!  Oh please, I didn't just say that, did I?  That's like asking for trouble!

And yes, I can only stand it for about 20 minutes!

Fabulous news Sharon.  Sounds like the Floridian quilt retreat is getting closer to being a reality.

Hi HM - are you able to get out and about or are you stuck inside with all the snow.  Kids in Denver area stayed home yesterday and today!  Shocked

More good news.  Today I went without Vicodin all day, only using Tylenol.  Still sore and moving slowly, but doing much better.
