Hi, I am in charge of our guild party and would like to play some games with a quilting theme. I've looked online and other than Quilto instead of bingo and a few scavenger hunts, most ideas are team relay races....I want things that will produce individual winners for the prizes.
any help would surely be appreciated!

Pick a word that is often used at quilt meetings. Have one fat quarter wrapped. Every time someone mentions the word they get the wrapped fabric. Don't make it too obvious what the word is. LOL The fabric moves around the meeting as the word is spoken by different people.
Or play musical quilt blocks. Each person brings a block (Christmas related???). Play music people pass their wrapped blocks to the right or left and when it stops they hold the one they have. You can play the music off and on during the meeting.

you could do somethign similar as above, where you chose a quilt word that is popular but instead of getting a fat quarter, you lose your fat quarter (like the baby shower game wher eyou say baby and lose your pin, but you can try to steal a pin if you catch someone else saying the word) and the prize: the fat quarters in your hand at the end of the game.  It has to be something you could use another term for though...
