Now I'm counting the hours, until my daughter Erika and granddaughter Keddy come home.  I have to drive down to Omaha and pick them up at the airport.  They will be staying here in Yankton until March or April.  Erika's husband is a United States Marine, and he just left for overseas a week ago Saturday.  If you guys can keep Adam in your prayers for a safe return home, that would be great!  Thanks Patty

Erika and Keddy arrived home safely, on Tuesday!  We had a two and half hour drive to get home to Yankton, and we were all tired after that drive!  Last night I was in bed by 2130 or 930 pm.  Keddy is so big now and has lots of smiles for Oma and Opa, and Auntie Elizabeth!  I'll post some pictures later on.  Night all, Patty

Patty, please thank Adam for his service to our country.  Our service members sacrifice so much for the rest of us.  I'm so glad that you are able to enjoy your daughter and granddaughter's company while he is away!  Do they sew as well?  Or will you "infect" Keddy with the quilting bug on this visit?   Wink

Erika and Keddy are staying with Adams brother and his family.  We really don't have the space for them right now, and Keddy can get to know her cousin Milo also.  But they are less than five minutes away!  Keddy is only five months old, so I can't get her started yet!  But give me time, and she'll be a fabriholic also!  I will pass on all of your thanks to Adam.  Patty

I will keep Adam in my thoughts. Thank him for his service. My Dad is retired Navy, served in Viet Nam and Korea. His brother was a Marine served Viet Nam. Mom's one brother a Marine also.
Enjoy having your daughter and granddaughter while they are near.
