HM, prayers from here too.  It is so difficult to lose someone and you're right, please not during the holidays.

Wanda, you're going to do great at school.  I love the music idea, anything to feel in control and that should do it!  Very creative.  Special Ed???  I have a special needs daughter (now 43) who had some wonderful teachers.  I bet you'd fit right in that list too.

Robin, love the apron, what a great gift.  As as a quilter, she can use it in her sewing room for thread, scissors, notes, little pieces of candy.  That would be fun. A "tool" apron that is cute beyond words.  Love the picture of it.

Got the December wall hangings done and three of the embroidery blocks, I'll get the pictures up today.  Now I'm making a laptop cover for one of my GD -- as her December surprise.

Prayers and hugs to everyone.

Thanks all for prayers and hugs.... feeling better today.  Knew it was coming, just hate to actually hear it and have it confirmed by doc.  Priest is going to visit him today so that will both him and mom.

Jaque... special ed = special needs ... i uste those "labels" interchangably here.  My son is 23 with downs syndrome... and a very special young man.  Have met many other wonderful parents and teachers over the years with special kids....they are always an unexpected gift.

No bustin yesterday... ended up with DGS overnight... mom had tests to study for and homework to do.  He of course didn't sleep through the night for me so I'll be ready for a nap when I get home from work.... maybe I'll load on the next customer quilt and try to do my 15 min. tonight.
