I just ordered the kit for the Lucky Charms quilt. I love the fabrics and it will make a great gift. This will jump start my Christmas quilting. Can't wait to begin!!

I have 4 different charm packs so will see which one I want to use. Over the last 2 years I was in a group at LQS for "Loose Change" (nickel (5") squares) and have some left because I bought extra or didn't make the quilt pattern that came with them!

I ordered the kit. I know I have something I could use, but I'm too tired with jury duty to look. I NEEDED this kit, really, I did. Now I have something to look forward.
Jury duty is exhausting! We are mostly sitting watching old, old poorly made, depositions on a projection screen. It is hard work not going to sleep!

Not fully committed yet, but I did take time to find fabrics and make a pretty picture Maybe this will be my reward for working on decreasing my unquilted top pile! Plus, it would actually be the first fall quilt I make and keep for myself!!! I'm seriously thinking about the black for the applique background. Will have to wait and see. . .

ohhh... exciting to have a quilt for yourself!!! the center is on point and your black might be too strong for the other fabrics. next Friday you'll see the layout and can decide... heck we ALL need a break from doing the same ole same ole! Why do you think I'm doing this.. for fun!

I have so much fabric, I am sure I can find something that will work without buying another thing...It sounds like fun making a holiday quilt...
