I got the round robin from years ago unpinned and put up the blocks from the swap! Just to see how it was looking!! I think using navy and raspberry will pull it all together.... what do you think?

And the quote for the quilt ... my ALL TIME favorite
I'm Late
I'm Late
For a Very Important Date
No time to say 'Hello' 'Goodbye'
I'm Late
I'm Late
I'm Late!

Love the watch .... it is SO ME!! The ultimte 'time focused' person!

I'm working on setting the blocks for the Tea Party. It is so much fun to go through my fabric and find just the right one! Check out my tea saucers on flickr...vote for the one you like...cupcake or spoon. (Sorry my pictures aren't attached I haven't figured out how to make them fit. May be another day.)
I'm off to sew with my girlfriends today.

Pat, that is so cute! Love it!

Cloud Mom, you really need to listen to the expert. I totally agree with Pat, you need both the spoon and the cupcake saucers.

Was this a round robin or is this one of Pat's patterns for purchase? It's adorable.

Max likes to feel the texture of the embroidery.  He pets it.  It is very cute.  Then I caught him bapping one of the tea bags around, and I had to chase him off of it and pick it up.  He is a rascal.

Dennis just recently attached a computer to our tv for some reason, and the cat loves to sit there now and watch the mouse arrow move around on the tv screen.  Its like the most expensive cat toy ever...and the cat has never even noticed the tv before.

I suspect that any quilter who is owned by a cat has the same problem. My cat thinks the only reason I have all this fabric is for her. Shhhhh, don't let her know it's not for her. LOL!

What a fun labor day weekend of quilting. I thought I had an great layout when I found I forgot a sugar block. After a few options I decided to switch out a tea cup block and put it into the cupcake tote. BONUS...I made a cupcake tote and started sewing my blocks together! (Check out my pics at flickr)
How was your weekend?
